• Minimum 5+ years of experience as a sales leader in equipment rental, construction, or industrial services.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated P&L oversight and KPI management.
• Proven success in developing, training, and retaining top-performing sales talent.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, and mentor OSRs and SOCs to build a high-performing regional team.
• Coach Branch Managers on sales management fundamentals, rate discipline, pipeline health, and performance accountability.
• Conduct regular performance reviews to drive revenue, activity, and margin goals.
• Lead onboarding and continuous training for new sales hires with CRM adoption and best practices.
• Drive profitable growth through revenue, market share expansion, and customer retention.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies, campaigns, and incentive programs.
