MECO Engineering in Clearwater, FL seeks a Florida-licensed Professional Engineer to lead our Florida operations as Regional Lead. You will build client relationships, identify opportunities, and oversee seven staff while expanding our presence in the state.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 8+ years of civil engineering experience including project management.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Florida.
• Proven experience developing client relationships and winning public sector work.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Manage and support a team of engineers and staff in Florida.
• Business Development: Establish and grow MECO's presence in Florida with municipal clients.
• Project Management: Oversee civil engineering projects including water/wastewater, stormwater, hydrology, transportation, and site work.
• Client Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for Florida clients and ensure satisfaction.
• Operational Oversight: Align local operations with MECO's strategic goals and collaborate with Midwest leadership.
