Morgan & Morgan, the nation’s largest injury firm, is launching a dedicated Probate & Estate Administration practice in Florida. We seek an experienced probate attorney to lay the foundation and grow with the practice. The position can be based in any Florida office.

You’ll manage a high-volume docket, coordinate with paralegals, handle contested matters when needed, and help establish scalable probate processes for firm-wide growth.

Qualifications

• Florida Bar member with substantial probate/estate administration experience.
• Deep command of Florida Probate Code, statutes, timelines, and courts.
• Ability to manage a high-volume docket with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Open and administer intestate estates in Florida probate court.
• Prepare and file petitions, inventories, notices, and final accounts.
• Serve as primary contact for families, guiding them through probate.
• Coordinate with paralegals and internal teams on filings and strategy.
• Manage a volume caseload from initiation to estate funding and closure.
• Handle contested matters as needed and support complex disputes.
• Help establish scalable probate processes for firm growth.
