CorsoCare Personal Care at The Barclay House in Vero Beach, FL, is seeking a Florida-licensed RN to lead and grow our Personal Care services. This role emphasizes building strong care practices, supporting caregivers, and ensuring clinical and regulatory compliance while guiding teams.

The position starts as part-time hourly up to $42/hr with an alternating Sarasota schedule. Lodging provided, mileage reimbursement, and potential transition to a full-time Personal Care Director based in Vero

Formación

• Active and unrestricted RN license in Florida.
• Experience with Florida regulatory compliance, licensing, surveys and audits.
• Proven ability to manage revenue, budgets and operations.
• Strong leadership, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Travel up to 50% required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and be accountable for the team and performance.
• Drive revenue for CorsoCare Personal Care and related services with right care and staffing.
• Understand and lead to 1440 care standards.
• Communicate vision and align goals with staff, clients and community.
• Manage Florida regulatory compliance, licensing, audits and survey readiness.
• Build partnerships with community leaders and external partners.
