DCCM Infrastructure Inc. in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Professional Engineer (PE) to lead municipal, public works, and transportation projects.

You will mentor staff, manage client relationships, and pursue new business opportunities while delivering high-quality infrastructure solutions. This leadership role requires ABET-accredited degree, FL PE license, 10+ years in municipal/public works, and 5+ years in project management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering discipline from an ABET-accredited program.
• Active Florida Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in municipal, public works, transportation, or civil infrastructure engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Manager for municipal, public works, and transportation projects across planning, design, permitting, bidding, and construction phases.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk while coordinating multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
• Prepare and review technical reports, studies, plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and maintain strong client relationships.
• Lead business development efforts and mentor technical staff to grow the practice.
