Job summary

Centurion Selection is seeking a Construction Manager / Owner's Representative to oversee several mid-size multifamily projects across Florida, including mid-rise and garden-style buildings. You will partner with the owner to align goals, budgets, and schedules with program requirements.

Responsibilities include planning, coordinating with architects and contractors, managing contracts and budgets, tracking progress, enforcing quality, and ensuring permits and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Experience as Owner's Representative, Project Manager, or GC-related role.
• Solid knowledge of construction practices, methods, and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Assistant Project Manager level candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules aligned with owner goals.
• Review and negotiate contracts with vendors and contractors.
• Manage project budgets, costs, change orders, and payments.
• Create and maintain project schedules, milestones, and timelines.
• Establish quality standards and conduct inspections.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with design teams, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders.
• Obtain permits and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
• Mediate disputes and escalate unresolved issues to the owner.
