Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic management principles and practices.
• Knowledge of behavioral health programs or health care delivery systems.
• Knowledge of methods of data collection and analysis.
• Knowledge of program coordination and operational support activities.
• Ability to understand and apply applicable rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Ability to collect, organize, and analyze information.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementation of behavioral health redesign and transformation initiatives.
• Support program activities designed to improve access, coordination, quality, and efficiency of behavioral health services.
• Assist with development and maintenance of program procedures and operational processes.
• Monitor program activities and identify operational issues.
• Assist with tracking transformation activities and implementation timelines.
• Assist with development of work plans and project documentation.
• Support coordination of behavioral health initiatives across Agency units.
• Assist with development of materials supporting behavioral health initiatives.
