The Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) in Florida is seeking a Medical/Health Care Program Analyst to research, develop, implement, and evaluate policies for the Medicaid program.

The role in the Bureau of Medicaid Policy analyzes health care data, prepares legislative reports, develops program policies, and provides training and technical assistance to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Florida Medicaid program, federal regulations, state statutes, and administrative rules
• Ability to research and analyze complex health care and program-related information
• Experience developing policies, procedures, and legislative proposals
• Strong communication and technical writing skills
• Ability to design, conduct, and evaluate training programs
