You will align with the Board of Directors, implement policies, manage vendor contracts, ensure compliance with Florida law, and maintain high resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must hold active Florida LCAM license.
• 5+ years of property management experience.
• Strong leadership and management skills with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Ability to develop long-term relationships with residents, vendors, and Board members.
• Proficient with MS Office, property management software, and email communications.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to pass drug screening and background check.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between Board of Directors, residents, staff, vendors, and management company.
• Provide guidance to help the Board achieve community goals.
• Implement Board policies and approved initiatives.
• Oversee daily operations: administrative, financial, and maintenance.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address safety and compliance issues.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and capital improvement projects.
• Review vendor proposals and monitor performance; assist with negotiations.
• Prepare for and attend Board, budget, and committee meetings; maintain records.
