The successful candidate will lead daily operations, supervise staff, manage finances, vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with governing documents and Florida law. On-site presence is required, with strong board interaction.

Qualifications

• Active Florida CAM license required.
• 3+ years experience in property management.
• Strong knowledge of Florida condominium operations.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, vendor management, maintenance oversight, and contract administration.
• Strong leadership, organization, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to attend evening Board meetings and respond to urgent community matters when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between Board, residents, staff, vendors, and management company.
• Provide guidance to help Board accomplish goals for the community.
• Implement Board policies and approved initiatives.
• Oversee day-to-day administrative, operational, financial, and maintenance functions of the condominium.
• Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance, safety, and compliance concerns.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs, and capital projects.
