Job summary

Chrysalis Health is seeking Florida-licensed psychiatrists (MD/DO) to provide evaluations for youth involved with the Florida DJJ. This role emphasizes autonomy, flexible scheduling, and per-evaluation compensation with no ongoing treatment management.

Ideal candidates are board-certified psychiatrists comfortable performing in-person evaluations, reviewing records, and delivering concise court-ready reports.

Qualifications

• Active Florida license as a Psychiatrist (MD/DO) and board certification preferred.
• Experience with juvenile populations and forensic evaluations is a plus.
• Ability to perform in-person evaluations and generate court-ready reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations for youth referred by DJJ.
• Review medical records, psychiatric history, and collateral information.
• Develop diagnostic impressions and provide court-ready reports and recommendations.
