Cephas Consultancy Services Private Limited in Tampa, FL is seeking an Ecological Restoration Project Manager to lead restoration design projects for streams, wetlands and habitats. The role emphasizes Florida work with opportunities to engage federal and state clients and grow technical staff and client networks.

The ideal candidate will have a PE license in Florida, 12+ years of restoration design experience, and proven ability to manage scope, schedule, and budget while delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, environmental engineering or a related field from an ABET accredited engineering program.
• 12+ years of experience designing ecological restoration / mitigation projects.
• Professional Engineer Licensed in Florida
• Rosgen Level 4 Certified or similar River Course accreditation

Responsibilities

• Monitor schedules, budgets, accounts receivable and manpower requirements; prepare invoices.
• Develop project management plans for assigned projects.
• Establish project pricing and budgets.
• Create and maintain project schedules.
• Develop and maintain project specific quality plans.
• Coordinate project scope and manage subconsultants.
• Participate in client presentations and assist with marketing proposals.
• Oversee and manage assigned staff and all technical resources on the project team.
