Qualifications

Must be a Florida Licensed Community Association Manager.
1–3 years of managerial experience in association management or related fields.
Strong customer service, leadership and communication skills.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents and contracts.

Responsibilities

Organize time effectively in a dynamic, multi-project environment.
Supervise and direct a team of associates to complete projects.
Foster professional relationships with residents, Board of Directors, contractors and vendors.
Review financial reports and support budget development for capital improvements.
Ensure compliance with governing documents and state regulations.
