Falcon Farms is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit stores and create attractive flower displays. You will stock, organize inventory, and ensure displays are tidy, while collaborating with local teams to meet festive-season demand.

Requirements include being 18+, able to read and follow instructions in English, reliable transportation, and access to internet and a smartphone. Training is provided; compensation is $15.50 per hour.

• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Daily commitment: ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use mobile device to communicate with supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally with employees, managers, and customers.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments as needed.
