Job summary

Falcon Farms Inc is seeking a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit various store locations within your territory and ensure displays are attractive and well-stocked. You will work independently with local teams to create engaging displays and optimize inventory.

Ideal candidates are 18+, English-literate, with reliable transportation and access to a smartphone and internet. The role requires lifting up to 40 pounds and availability November–May; paid training is provided and transportation

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive across stores.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use a mobile device to communicate with supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally with employees, managers, and customers.
