Job summary

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect shipments for quality and accuracy against purchase orders
• Sort and organize flowers by type and variety; remove damaged stock
• Maintain hydration and freshness by keeping flowers in clean water and changing regularly
• Prepare flowers for storage, transport, or sale and accurately pull and pack orders
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies
• Inspect flowers for quality and replace subpar stock as needed
• Keep work areas clean and sanitized; dispose of waste properly
• Collaborate with teammates and assist customers with inquiries and product recommendations
