Job summary

Arizona Flower Market is seeking a Floral Processor / Warehouse / Delivery Driver to keep fresh flowers moving from arrival through processing and toward customers.

This full-time role involves standing, lifting 20–60 lbs, working in refrigerated coolers, maintaining inventory and engaging with warehouse operations. Occasional local deliveries may be required, with flexibility for peak holiday hours.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Able to complete a pre-employment drug screening.
• Able to repeatedly lift 20–60 lbs.
• Comfortable working in refrigerated cooler conditions.
• Weekend availability.
• Flexibility to work extended hours during peak holidays.
• Preferred, but not required: Box truck driving experience and floral experience.

Responsibilities

• Process, hydrate, and care for incoming flowers and plants.
• Inspect incoming perishable product and perform daily quality checks.
• Verify incoming counts against invoices and assist with procurement.
• Rotate stock, maintain cooler displays, and keep displays clean and organized.
• Drive company vehicles for local deliveries and errands when needed.

Floral Processor / Warehouse / Delivery Driver

Work behind the scenes where fresh flowers arrive,get processed, and begin their journey to our customers.

Full-Time $16–$20 / Hour Phoenix, AZ On-Site

You'll spend your day on your feet, moving product,working in refrigerated coolers, processing fresh flowers,maintaining inventory, supporting warehouse operations,and occasionally making deliveries.

We're looking for a dependable, self-motivated team memberwho enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in keeping thingsorganized and moving.

You'll work with fresh flowers and plants from the momentthey arrive — processing product, checking quality,maintaining inventory and coolers, stocking supplies,supporting warehouse operations, and helping with deliverieswhen needed.

Floral experience is preferred, but not required.We'll teach the floral side to the right person withstrong warehouse experience, solid computer skills,and a great work ethic.

Day To Day

What You'll Do

Process & Care for Fresh Product

Cut, hydrate, and treat incoming flowers. Process blooming and green plants and learnproper flower and greenery care.

Quality Control

Inspect incoming perishable product and performdaily quality checks to help maintain freshnessand longevity.

Inventory & Receiving

Verify incoming counts against invoices,check in products and supplies, perform inventorycounts, and assist with procurement.

Rotate stock, maintain cooler displays,and help keep our flower coolers clean,organized, and ready for customers.

Warehouse Operations

Clean buckets, vases, and work areas,stock shelves, put away supplies, and assistwith general warehouse responsibilities.

Drive company vehicles for local deliveriesand errands when needed while representing Arizona Flower Market professionally.

Schedule & Availability

This is a full-time position with a rotating schedule. Arizona Flower Market operates seven days a week, so team members must have schedule flexibility, including weekends.

Typical shifts fall between5:00 AM and 6:00 PM, depending on operational needs.

During major floral holidays, extended hours maybe required. Time-off requests may also be limited beginning approximately two weeks before major holidays.
