Royer’s Flowers & Gifts in Lebanon, PA is hiring for an Entry Level Executive – Floral Operations. This role provides hands-on training across retail operations, procurement, distribution, and central design, with exposure to marketing, finance, HR, and production.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of related experience or a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field. Expect a 48–50 hour work week with on-site duties and a base salary of $70,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field, OR equivalent experience in business operations (3-5 years minimum)
• Strong analytical skills for financial, inventory, and sales data interpretation.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, content creation, and social media trends.
• Comfortable using Excel, inventory management systems, and POS software.
• High energy with the ability to multitask and learn all aspects of the business.
• Willing to travel to any location in PA.
• Time commitment: 48-50 hours weekly, 5-6 days per week, including every other Saturday; more hours during peak seasons.
• Base salary: 70k per year

Responsibilities

• Support daily storefront operations and POS management.
• Assist in procurement, buying high‑quality flowers and retail goods.
• Coordinate distribution logistics to maintain freshness.
• Participate in marketing campaigns and updates to online store.
• Learn finance processes including A/P, A/R, payroll, and end-of-month reporting.
• Training across distribution, production, and central design divisions.
