Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).
• Internet access and a smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Falcon Farms in each store and collaborate with clients.
• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally with employees, managers, and customers.
• Prepare stores for peak festive seasons (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas).
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments.
• Support teammates with special activities as needed.
