Job summary

Falcon Farms is seeking a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit stores within your territory, ensuring attractive flower displays and up-to-date inventory. You will collaborate with store staff to delight shoppers and maintain vibrant presentations.

The role emphasizes a structured schedule, independent work with team support, and seasonal peaks requiring proactive display changes and inventory adjustments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• During peak seasons, ensure stores are prepared for festive demand.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• While you will work independently, you will support teammates with special activities when needed.
