You will manage product selection, design arrangements, and seasonal displays to create memorable shopping experiences for everyday moments and special occasions.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of the Floral Department with a focus on customer service and readiness.
Assist with product selection, custom orders, events, and consultations.
Design, prepare, and merchandise floral arrangements, bouquets, and seasonal programs.
Execute division merchandising plans, seasonal sets, holiday programs, and displays.
Maintain fresh, visually appealing floral cases with clear signage and pricing.
Monitor plant health, hydration, freshness, and overall presentation standards.
Manage ordering, inventory levels, shrink, markdowns, and waste tracking.
Oversee receiving, conditioning, rotation, and cooler organization.
Build and manage staff schedules aligned with sales and labor targets.
Hire, train, and develop floral associates while fostering teamwork.
Ensure sanitation, safety, and compliance with standards.
