You will mentor team members, handle scheduling, assist with orders, and drive department profitability while maintaining strong relationships with guests and store leadership.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with legal work eligibility.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to work varied shifts including weekends/holidays.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple management levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead floral department staff and assist the Department Manager.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and build a positive department atmosphere.
• Assist with interviewing, scheduling, and training of team members.
• Maintain department standards, merchandising, and stock levels.
• Support in budgeting, promotions, and inventory reporting.
• Safeguard assets and enforce safety and policy compliance.
