Job summary

Modern Floristry Inc. in Los Angeles is seeking an experienced Floral and Event Project Assistant to support daily operations at our LA location. You will manage floral orders, client care, and project coordination in a fast-paced design studio environment.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, office management, and collaboration with the Holiday Team Leaders to schedule installations and ensure timely delivery. Opportunities for growth exist within an expanding luxury décor brand.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in floral design, retail, or event floristry.
• 2+ years Concierge level Customer Service experience.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily emails and calls; address floral orders and client care.
• Create detailed work orders for floral and event projects; coordinate deliveries.
• Maintain workflow, project and installation schedules in Google tools.
• Assist with estimates and invoicing as needed.
• Create mood boards and style sheets per hotel requests and clients.
• Maintain floral supplies; ensure hotel and project needs are stocked.
• Invoice daily orders and manage account workorder sheets.
• Order materials, supplies and plants per daily workorder sheets.
