Job summary

Qualifications

• Floral design experience with creativity and attention to detail.
• Familiar with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
• Excellent customer service and ability to translate ideas into beautiful arrangements.
• Strong organizational skills for clean workspaces and inventory management.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/move throughout the day.
• Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic POS systems.
• Willingness to collaborate with team members to ensure a great customer experience.
