You will lift up to 40 lbs, handle floral tools and helium tanks, and collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional customer service throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Floral design expertise with creative eye and attention to detail.
• Familiar with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
• Ability to engage with customers and translate ideas into arrangements.
• Maintains clean, efficient workspaces and manages inventory and supplies.
• Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/move throughout the day.
• Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic POS systems.
• Willingness to collaborate with teammates.

Responsibilities
