Job summary

Qualifications

• Florist Transworld Delivery certification requires three years fulltime retail design experience or six years parttime retail design experience.
• Floral Design School equals six months fulltime retail design experience.
• Demonstrated aptitude for filling customer needs, and designing floral arrangements.
• Ability to make intelligent decisions quickly.
• Able to calmly, courteously and tactfully handle stressful situations and make a positive impression on associates and customers.

• Be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, particularly in the area of maintenance of a work environment free of unlawful harassment or discrimination.
