Job summary

Randalls in Dallas is seeking a Floral Designer to bring customers' visions to life with creative, seasonal arrangements. You will design, arrange, and display bouquets and installations while maintaining clean workspaces and stock.

You will lift up to 40 lbs, replenish inventory, and use basic POS systems to assist customers. Collaboration with teammates is essential, and a passion for helping others celebrate life’s moments is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in floral arrangement and design, with a strong creative eye and attention to detail.
• Familiar with floral perishability, seasonality, and care requirements.
• Ability to engage with customers, uncover their needs, and translate their ideas into beautiful arrangements.
• Capable of maintaining clean, efficient workspaces and managing inventory and supplies.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. with or without accommodation and perform tasks that require standing and moving throughout the day.
• Familiarity with floral tools, helium tanks, and basic point-of-sale systems.
• Willingness to partner with fellow associates and contribute to a positive team environment.

As a Floral Designer, no two days are ever the same. Customers walk in with dreams—visions of romance, celebration, or heartfelt remembrance—and you bring those visions to life. With creativity and care, you design stunning arrangements using your knowledge of floral seasonality and perishability. You maintain clean, organized workspaces and displays, replenish inventory, and ensure every stem and ribbon is perfectly placed. You’ll also lift and move floral products and supplies, often up to 40 lbs., and work with helium tanks and other tools of the trade. If you have a green thumb, a creative eye, and a passion for helping others celebrate life’s moments, this is the role for you.
