Job summary

The Kroger Co. is seeking a Floral Team member to design and merchandise floral items, greet customers, and fill orders in a fast-paced department. You will maintain neatness, assist customers in selecting items, and ensure accurate handling of Florist Transworld Delivery orders.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, enjoy customer service, and can manage stress while upholding company standards and safety. Weekend availability is required in this role.

• Florist Transworld Delivery certification requires three years full-time retail design experience or six years part-time retail design experience. Floral Design School equals six months full-time retail design experience.

• Ability to make intelligent decisions quickly.
• Able to calmly, courteously and tactfully handle stressful situations and make a positive impression on associates and customers.
