Bachman's seeks a Fresh Design Operations Manager to oversee our fresh design operation, including floral design, planter production, weddings & events, inventory management, and receiving. From dock to finished arrangements, you'll lead the people, processes and operational strategy that bring our products to life.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading production or operations teams in floral-related environments.
• Conflict management skills with direct, fair resolution of disagreements.
• Cross-functional leadership across Merchandising, Operations, Marketing, Stores and Finance.
• Accountability, ownership of results and commitment to standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop supervisors, designers and production staff across floral design, planter production, events and receiving operations.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, employee development and scheduling.
• Foster a positive, collaborative culture while leading teams through peak seasons and organizational change.
