Job summary

Bristol Farms is seeking a Floral Designer to join our Floral department in a fast-paced market. You will work to create memorable guest experiences by crafting beautiful arrangements and guiding customers on flower care, all while maintaining store standards.

The role involves training teammates, coordinating product flow, and upholding merchandising excellence. A certificate in floral design or related experience is preferred for this hands-on leadership position.

Qualifications

• One-year certificate in floral design or related field (preferred).
• 3–6 months related experience and/or training acceptable.
• Willingness to train others and lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach department staff on procedures under Floral Manager supervision.
• Coordinate activities for ordering, processing, and selling floral products.
• Advise customers on flower quality, handling, and care for perishable products.
• Maintain high profit margins per budget and pricing schedule.
• Ensure proper display of flowers, plants, and accessories per merchandising standards.
• Train employees on floral design and customer relations.
