Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business related or food service related field desirable.
• Minimum 3 years management experience in a retail/restaurant/supermarket environment.

Responsabilités

• Promotes excellent customer relations and resolves concerns; greets customers and assists promptly.
• Takes orders and creates finished floral products in a timely fashion.
• Maintains clean, fresh department with proper dating, storage, and sanitation.
• BuildsDisplays that are merchandised to company standards and supports cross-merchandising plans.
• Manages inventory, monitors sales, and places orders to meet profit goals and adjust to load levels.
• Schedules floral associates, oversees training and performance reviews, and ensures safe, compliant operations.
