Qualifications

• Knowledge of plants, cut flowers and arrangements.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work weekends/overtime occasionally and any shift.

Responsibilities

• Creates an environment that enables customers to feel welcome and valued.
• Manages merchandising and product availability according to plan.
• Leads the floral team, delegates tasks, and supports planning and administration.
• Ensures safety, quality, compliance with food safety and department policies.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
