Delaware Valley Floral Group in Battle Creek, MI is seeking a Full-Time Van Driver to join our Battle Creek Distribution Team. This role involves operating a refrigerated company van to deliver fresh flowers and supplies to customers with a strong emphasis on safety and service.

You will work early hours, load/unload shipments, and maintain high standards of product quality while providing excellent customer service and representing DVFG professionally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience driving commercial vehicles.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Ability to lift and move up to 60 pounds safely.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort using GPS, maps and route planning tools.
• Excellent time management and organization in a fast-paced setting.
• Commitment to workplace safety and DOT regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company van for daily deliveries.
• Ensure timely and accurate deliveries while preserving product quality.
• Load and unload shipments and handle floral products with care.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle; report maintenance needs.
• Use pallet jacks, RF scanners, and route guidance tools to manage inventory.
• Follow assigned routes to maximize efficiency and meet schedules.
• Verify orders and maintain delivery documentation.
• Provide outstanding customer service and represent DVFG professionally.
