Job summary

Delaware Valley Floral Group in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Full-Time Van Driver to join our distribution team. You will operate a refrigerated van to deliver fresh floral products to flower shops throughout the Indianapolis area.

The role requires lifting up to 60 pounds, driving a company van, and ensuring on-time deliveries while maintaining product quality and safety. We offer full-time hours and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• 2+ years of professional experience driving commercial vehicles (vans or similar).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Comfort using GPS, maps, and route planning tools.
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and operate warehouse tools.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company van to transport floral products for daily deliveries.
• Ensure timely, accurate deliveries while maintaining product quality.
• Load and unload shipments and handle floral supplies carefully.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle.
• Use pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other warehouse tools as needed.
• Follow delivery routes using GPS/maps to maximize efficiency.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, safety standards, and DOT regulations.
