Job summary

Delaware Valley Floral Group is seeking a full-time Delivery Driver to join our Cranberry Township Distribution Team. This role safely and efficiently delivers fresh floral products to customers across Western Pennsylvania, Northern West Virginia, and parts of Ohio while upholding exceptional service and on-time delivery.

As a key member of our distribution team, you'll operate a 16-foot refrigerated box truck, load/unload goods with safe practices, and collaborate with warehouse and operations

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience driving commercial vehicles, preferably 16-foot box trucks or larger.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to obtain DOT Medical Certification (CDL not required).
• Acceptable driving record
• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 60 pounds
• Comfortable using GPS, maps, and navigation tools
• Strong time management, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
• Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented work ethic
• Ability to successfully complete pre-employment screenings

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 16-foot refrigerated box truck to complete scheduled delivery routes.
• Deliver fresh flowers and floral products accurately and on time while providing outstanding customer service.
• Load and unload products using safe handling practices to maintain product quality throughout transit.
• Utilize GPS, maps, and delivery technology to maximize route efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Work collaboratively with warehouse and operations teams to ensure efficient daily execution.
• Follow all company policies, DOT regulations, and safety standards.
• Build positive customer relationships through professional and courteous service.
