Job summary

ShopRite is seeking a Floral Clerk for the Bottino, NJ location. You will price, stock, and rotate merchandise in the Floral Department while maintaining a clean, inviting display and ensuring safety and policy compliance.

The role requires strong English communication, basic math, physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs, and ability to work with various products and environments. Team cooperation and prompt customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Proficient reading, writing, speaking English.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to stand/walk for entire shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and 25 lbs. regularly.
• Comfort working with fresh, dried, and/or processed products.

Responsibilities

• Maintain sanitation and QA standards in the Floral Department.
• Greet customers and assist with pricing, stocking, and merchandising.
• Process product receiving, dating, storing, and pricing.
• Display flowers and related merchandise attractively and keep stocked.
• Follow safety, health, and company policies at all times.
