Job summary

Kroger is seeking help in the floral department to assist with design and merchandising of floral items, greet customers, and provide excellent service. You will assist in creating arrangements, packaging orders, and maintaining a clean, organized department.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced grocery environment, with weekend and holiday availability.

Assist in the design and/or merchandising of floral items and arrangements for display/sale or in response to customer requests. Provide various customer services. Demonstrate the company’s core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety.

• Assist and greet customers promptly and provide them with great service
• Be prompt, tactful, calm, courteous, and professional in all interactions
• Help design and create floral arrangements and/or other items to fill customer orders
