Job summary

Kroger Family of Companies in Ferndale, MI seeks a friendly Floral Department associate to assist in designing and merchandising floral items for display, fulfill customer requests, and provide excellent service. You will greet customers, process orders, package items, maintain clean and organized displays, and support department merchandising.

• Maintain plants, process and prepare flower arrangements and fill balloons
• Maintain proper signage, product rotation, freshness, quantity, quality and proper space allocation for merchandise
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as state and federal laws
• Operate cash register in accordance with company procedures, as applicable
• Maintain flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
