• Receive, organize, and properly store floral products and supplies.
• Assist with inventory organization and restocking as needed.
• Support the timely preparation and delivery of floral arrangements throughout the hotel.

This role assists with floral arrangements, preparation, organization, and general department needs while helping maintain the quality and presentation standards of Blooms at The Jefferson Hotel.

Seasonal availability and flexibility are required, including the ability to work weekends and holidays as business needs require. Flexibility to support changing priorities and increased seasonal demand is also expected.

Key Requirements

• Availability: Must be available any day of the week between 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with availability on weekends and holidays. Hours may vary based on business needs.
• Communication: Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally with guests and team members.
