Job summary

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is hiring a Service Foreperson to lead flooring crews and ensure quality across polished concrete and epoxy projects. The role requires travel, strong communication and leadership, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Compensation ranges from $18 to $35+ per hour depending on experience, plus bonuses, health and retirement benefits, ESOP, paid vacation, and a company truck and phone for forepersons.

Qualifications

• Willing to travel and stay out of town.
• Able to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Must obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems
• Diagnose floor issues and safety hazards
• Clean, sanitize, and disinfect commercial, industrial, and retail properties
• Ensure strict health and safety compliance
• Proper use of equipment and materials
• Strive to meet and exceed production targets
• Input timely hours
• Supervise flooring service maintenance crews
