Job summary

QuestMark, a division of CentiMark Corporation, is seeking a Service Foreman to lead flooring service crews and ensure high safety and quality standards.

The role requires travel, overnight work, and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen; valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. Competitive pay range $20-$28/hour plus benefits including health, 401(k) with company match, ESOP, and paid vacation.

Qualifications

• All candidates must be willing to travel and stay out of town.
• Ability to work overnights, Saturdays, Sundays & holidays.
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Must obtain respirator medical evaluation and pass fit test

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain polished concrete and epoxy flooring systems.
• Diagnose floor issues and safety hazards.
• Clean, sanitize, and disinfect commercial, industrial, and retail properties.
• Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations.
• Proper use of equipment and materials.
• Strive to meet and exceed any and all production targets.
• Input timely hours
• Supervise flooring service maintenance crews
