Job summary

Lumber Liquidators is seeking a sales-focused part-time associate in Little Rock, AR. You will sell and upsell flooring products, assist customers in-store, manage inventory and POS tasks, and help run daily store operations. A high school diploma, 1–3 years in retail, and forklift certification are required.

Bilingual Spanish is a plus, with flexible scheduling for evenings and weekends. We offer a highly competitive base pay of $15.00 per hour plus monthly commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of retail or sales experience preferred; flooring knowledge a plus.
• Strong communication, sales and customer service skills required.
• Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a bonus.
• Forklift certification required prior to operation.

Responsibilities

• Sell, upsell, and exceed revenue targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Build lasting relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
• Merchandise and maintain an organized showroom.
• Handle POS transactions, inventory management, and daily store operations.
• Resolve customer questions and issues quickly and professionally.
