Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math.
• Customer service experience.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Forklift certification may be required where permitted.
• Drug test may be required for heavy equipment operation.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers, discuss projects, and recommend products.
• Provide above and beyond customer service and exceed expectations.
• Maintain in-stock areas, keep them clean, shoppable, and safe.
• Work with management and team to achieve sales goals.
• Process checkout and refunds according to guidelines.
• Follow cash handling procedures.
• Create price tags and merchandise signs.
• Stock and display merchandise.
• Support in other store areas as needed.
