Role Description

This full-time role for a Sales and Estimating Associate is located in Ephrata, Pennsylvania. The responsibilities include assisting customers in selecting flooring options, providing product information, processing sales transactions both in the showroom and in customers' homes. Estimating will be paperless and done utilizing laser measuring and RFMS mobile applications.

Qualifications

• Customer service, estimating, and sales skills
• Knowledge of flooring products and design & estimating principles
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations including fractions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Physical ability to lift and move flooring samples
• PA driver's license
• Previous flooring or construction-related experience is a plus
• Rotation of evening and Saturday hours required
