Job summary

Floor Coverings International in Alabama is seeking an In-Home Sales Flooring and Design Associate to visit clients in their homes, discuss flooring projects, and guide selections using our sales system.

The role offers a base salary plus commissions, paid training, evenings and weekends availability, a company van, gas coverage, and opportunities for advancement within a family-oriented, growth-driven franchise network.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of in-home and/or outside sales experience required.
• Strong drive to exceed sales targets and a competitive spirit.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation schedules with the Office Manager.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and manage expectations with Install Manager.
• Develop lasting relationships and referrals for ongoing growth.
