Job summary

Floor Coverings International of Cincinnati East is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage installations from scope to close, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and exceptional customer service.

You will be the hub between customers, sales, and installers, coordinating schedules, materials, and quality control while maintaining a calm, solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Decisive and solution-oriented under pressure.
• Clear, honest communication with customers and teammates.
• Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects.
• Reliable transportation for frequent site visits.
• Experience in home improvement or construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Launch each job with scope, schedule, and installer assignment.
• Check in with installers daily to address issues.
• Confirm scope/compensation with installers on-site start.
• Track days-to-complete and manage the production schedule.
• Obtain ETAs and communicate updates to customers and team.
• Ensure job closure with all work completed and documented.
• Manage repairs and rework within 10 business days.
