Job summary

Flooring Experts, LLC is seeking a Flooring Project Estimator to join our team in Virginia. The role focuses on meeting customers, measuring projects, and preparing accurate estimates while coordinating orders and supporting installers on-site.

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years in flooring sales and project management with excellent communication and organizational skills. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, drive legally, and handle occasional evening/weekend appointments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of flooring sales and project management experience.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace and mobile technology.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Flexibility for occasional evening and weekend appointments.
• Clean driving record and background check.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers and contractors to develop new relationships.
• Measure flooring projects and prepare estimates.
• Help customers select flooring within approved budgets.
• Prepare accurate quotes and coordinate ordering.
• Meet installers on-site and oversee project progress.
• Handle repairs, warranty concerns, and customer follow-ups.
• Monitor outstanding customer accounts.
