Job summary
Kronospan is a world-leading wood panel producer in Alabama. We seek a hands-on packaging operator to run Flooring and Banding equipment, perform basic cleaning and preventive maintenance, and help identify quality issues for rapid corrective action.
Ideal candidates read technical instructions, work with teammates, and adapt to extreme temperatures while lifting up to 50 lbs. Forklift training provided. This rotating shift role includes strong benefits.
Qualifications
- Read and understand technical work instructions.
- Operate heavy machinery or learn to operate.
- Forklift operation certification or training planned.
Responsibilities
- Package product using Flooring and Banding equipment.
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of machinery and area.
- Identify unacceptable product conditions and initiate corrective action.
- Assist maintenance with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance.
