Kronospan is seeking a hands-on operator in Anniston, AL to package products using Finishing and Banding equipment and to perform basic maintenance and cleanup. The role requires the ability to read technical instructions, operate heavy machinery, and lift up to 50 lbs, with safety-first practices in extreme heat and cold.

Ideal candidates will be team-oriented, capable of following precise specs, and able to work rotating shifts while supporting troubleshooting and repair tasks as needed.

Formación

• Read and understand technical work instructions.
• Operate or learn to operate heavy machinery.
• Use electric, pneumatic, or hand tools.
• Be trained to operate a forklift.
• Understand metric measurements.
• Work well with team members.
• Work without constant supervision.
• Able to solve problems independently or in a group.
• Able to work in extreme heat and cold.
• Lift up to 50 lbs without assistance.
• Climb stairs and ladders safely and quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Package product and run Finishing and Banding equipment per specs.
• Perform basic, routine maintenance and cleaning on machinery and workspaces.
• Identify unacceptable product and initiate corrective action.
• Assist maintenance with troubleshooting, repair, or preventive maintenance.
