Job summary

West Shore Home in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Flooring Installer to join our team. You will load materials at the warehouse, travel to customers’ homes, install replacement floors, and ensure clean, professional job sites while providing a 5-star experience.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with flooring, carpentry, or remodeling, a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to log into company systems using two-factor authentication on a smartphone.

• Experience installing windows/doors, carpentry, remodeling, or related construction.
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Smartphone or smart device to log into required systems (two-factor authentication).

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Demo and remove existing flooring, install replacement floors, and replace trim
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse

Purpose Of Position

The Flooring Installer will assist in performing safe and effective installations following all Company standard operating procedures (SOPs) and PPE protocol while providing customers with a 5-star experience.

Key Role Accountabilities

• Arrive at warehouse by 6:30 AM to load materials and trucks
• Travel to customer’s home, greet them, and establish rapport
• Demo and remove existing flooring, install replacement floors, and replace trim
• Clean up thoroughly, showing care for the customer’s home
• Collect paperwork and payment, then return to warehouse

Compensation

• The approximate hourly for this position is $21.50 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.

Minimum Requirements

• Experience installing window/doors, carpentry, remodeling, construction – or a hunger to learn!
• Basic knowledge of hand tools and power tools
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
• Must have a valid smart phone or smart device in order to log into Company required systems using two-factor authentication
